This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. We will definitely be back soon.

2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!
Awesome condominium: spacious, modern, and impeccably clean
My partner and I recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The condominium itself was very spacious and impeccably clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Increíble condominio con todas las comodidades y lo suficientemente grande para 4 personas. Pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo en la piscina en la azotea y en la playa de Los Muertos, su ubicación es muy conveniente y todo lo que necesitas está ahí cerquísima. El edificio está muy limpio, moderno, con servicio de seguridad las 24 horas. También alquilamos su lugar de estacionamiento por $10 por día, pero no lo usamos mucho ni teníamos que sacar el carro, ya que todo está a poca distancia y se puede ir a pie. Un paseo al centro esta a una corta distancia y fue muy agradable. La cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y teníamos televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación con cientos de canales y acceso gratuito a Netflix y Amazon Prime. Me hubiera gustado quedarme más tiempo, nos sentimos tan relajados y felices con nuestra elección. Lo mejor fue el aire acondicionado tan silencio cuando estaba encendido y el filtrador de agua.

Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. 11Mon séjour au bâtiment Zenith dans la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta a été une expérience vraiment exceptionnelle. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été immédiatement attiré par le design moderne et élégant du bâtiment, et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel et du réceptionniste m'a fait sentir comme chez moi. Le condo lui-même était parfait - un véritable chez-soi loin de chez soi, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte étaient parfaits pour recevoir, tandis que la cuisine entièrement équipée rendait la préparation des repas un jeu d'enfant. Sans aucun doute, la piscine sur le toit était l'un des points forts de mon séjour. Les vues à couper le souffle sur la ville et l'océan, ainsi que le bain à remous et le centre de fitness, ont fourni une détente et une récréation indispensables pendant mes vacances.
