Awesome condominium: spacious, modern, and impeccably clean
My partner and I recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The condominium itself was very spacious and impeccably clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The property was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed during my stay. The on-site laundry service was very helpful as I was able to do my laundry during my stay without having to look for a nearby laundromat. The large flat-screen TV in each of the rooms was a great touch...

The place was truly amazing - it was spacious, beautiful, and had breathtaking views! The friendly neighbors, host, and building front desk staff made the experience even better. With its convenient location close to convenience stores, restaurants, and Malecon, this place had everything we needed. I cannot wait to return!
2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for quality and quantity, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Puerto Vallarta.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the Zenith building in Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool and views were absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Aaron was an exceptional host and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants in town. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The best 1 bed & 2 bath +rooftop pool in Vallarta Romantic Zone
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Zenith in Puerto Vallarta for a solo vacation, and I can confidently say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the amenities and stunning views that the property had to offer. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and provided all of the comforts of home, while also allowing me to feel like I was living in the lap of luxury. The location of the Zenith was also ideal for my vacation. It was close to all of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in the area, while also providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I was able to relax by the beautiful rooftop pool and take in the breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Throughout my stay, the staff at the Zenith went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed to make the most of my vacation. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Muy contento con la unidad. Muy limpia, electrodomésticos nuevos, todo está en excelentes condiciones. Muy bien ubicado, el edificio tiene vistas impresionantes de la ciudad desde la terraza / piscina. En general, estoy extremadamente feliz.

Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.
